Have you heard?? There’s a "new" ministry in town! EO IRE ITUM—
To go, To travel, To progress. Saint Catherine Parish is re-introducing a new ministry. If you are widowed, divorced or single, male or female and feel that you may be spending too many hours alone or feel disconnected from others this may be a place for you. Join together and enjoy inter-esting activities and camaraderie. What ever your age or your interests we welcome you!
Join this diverse group of people who are interested in making new friends and socializing. Eo Ire Itum will open new doors as well as provide the opportunity to connect with other like-minded people.
Participants will be gathering to enjoy relaxing, enter-taining social events including movies, band concerts, dinners, ice cream socials, card games, cultural events, sporting events, pot lucks, walks and/or hikes, indoors and outdoors, quiet and up-beat. We strive to offer something for everyone. A Holiday party is being planned as we launch this new ministry. Any and all of your creative ideas are welcomed! Share your thoughts—we are listening!
A kick off gathering for all who are interested will be held at Russell Hall on Saturday, November 16 th from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. Please bring a dessert to share. For those who would find the idea of baking daunting—feel free to stop at your local grocery store bakery or drive thru Dunkin’ Donuts, whatever works for you! Please come and enjoy yummy desserts and coffee. It will be a chance to gather more infor-mation, ask questions and meet some of the other folks who are considering joining together for this adventure. Any questions you may have can be directed to Sharon Lawson at sives@snet.net
