Defending our Religious Liberty

Hello Friends, I am Archbishop Henry Mansell. In the current struggle on freedom of religion, we make it clear that we are not trying to impose our teachings on anybody. We are saying don’t impose your teachings on us, and make us, as a church, do what we find unconscionable to do. By requiring the Catholic Church to fund procedures that go against our moral convictions, the government is taking away our freedom of religion.
