ST. CATHERINE OF SIENA YOUTH MINISTRY
Mission Statement
"Foster a group of compassionately engaged teenagers who are energized for service, open to spiritual growth, willing to build a community in the context of faith, frienship and fun."
Who: Any middle school or high school student is welcome
Why: A place to make new friends and connect with old friends that share your faith and have similar values.
What: Our youth ministry program provides a safe and fun environment in which teens can spend time with their friends, make new ones, and build relationships. At our events, we offer games, service projects and events (Confirmation hours can be earned), small groups, Teen Weekend Away (TWA) (senior high) retreat, and a chance to foster spiritual growth and deepen your relationship with Christ.

2023 Youth Ministry Boston Mission Trip
Please enjoy this brief video from the Youth Ministry Boston Mission Trip this year. You will see our teens hard at work at Rosie's Place (the first women's shelter in the US created in 1974), the Friday Cafe (a community gathering place in Cambridge, MA for the homeless and underserved, where all volunteers or the homeless are treated as "guests", can receive a hot homemade meal and clothing donations), Woods Mullen Shelter - where we distributed more than 40 prayer shawls to the women and we played bingo, and The Outdoor Mass, the homeless attend Mass at a T-stop because they do not feel welcome in a regular church, where the remaining prayer shawls were distributed.
